Our essentials of food safety training is designed to develop a knowledge of the basic requirements of handling food. It covers the following topics in accordance with the catering industries good practice guidance in meeting legislative requirements. Such training should be undertaken before handling food for the first time. 

Candidates that assist the kitchen, serving staff and those whom handle low risk or packaged products should then progress onto our Level 1 course.

Candidates whom are to handle high risk open products should progress onto the level 2 course in order to meet legislative requirements. Click for level 2.
